No. It is an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance. Because it isn’t insurance, there are no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums.
Can I add my family to the plan?
Yes. While individual membership is $299/year for the initial membership and $199/year after that, you can add additional adults for $150/year and children for $99/year. Each member receives their own full set of annual benefits.
When does my coverage start?
Your membership is active immediately upon enrollment and is valid for one full year (12 months).
What if I need extra treatment?
If you require care beyond routine cleanings and exams (such as fillings or crowns), your membership automatically saves you 10% off those treatments.
